This is my first season as a Wild Keeper and I couldn’t be more excited! Initially I planned to join the group clean up at Chatfield State Park in Littleton, but as Impact day grew closer I realized I didn’t want to be driving and going that far in a potential snow storm.
Well, after being here for 2 months we finally got a legit snow day, even if it was just one day.
Well, we’ve been in our little apartment for over a week now. It’s coming together, slowly, but it is coming together. Travis is happy with his position at the hospital, and I’m slowly leaning into a life of independent contractor, homemaker, and part time Hallmark employee (who knew I could wear so many hats)!
Tis the season to reminisce on all the year has brought and taken. This is the first thanksgiving Travis and I are spending in Colorado since 2013, it seems impossible that we are here again.
Well, we made it! We’re now Colorado residents yet again & thrilled to be here just in time for snow! I’ve clearly lost my high tolerance of the cold and will need to tread lightly back into the winter climate here on the Front Range.
