Wear it Wednesday | February No Buy Month

So that one month no buy month I started in January has extended into February. Marking 2 months of not buying anything for my closet. For the first time in years y’all. YEARS.

What started as a month of no buying to help us recover from the holidays has turned into 2 months. I wanted to buy so much this month, trust me. I put many things into my cart and then never went through with it.

During this month I realized we were going to have to move in a few months. This changed my thinking of if I wanted to buy something. I did want to but I really should be cleaning things out instead. If you’re interested in what I’m selling from my closet be sure to check out my Poshmark Closet!

Trust me my wish list for February included a lot of new Sseko Spring pieces, especially a custom bag that I designed and have fallen in love with. One of my rules for my Sseko business is to only buy what will 1) enhance my business 2) something I will love and use for years to come.
I’ve also been dreaming of things to gift people I love…here’s what I’ve been designing.

We’re halfway through March right now and I’m honestly having a real hard time buying anything new for my closet. I’ve got my eye on a few things for warmer weather, but since it’s still plenty cool out I’m on the fence about spending the money on them.

I have been looking online at Poshmark a lot over the last few weeks, and I’d really like my first purchase of 2020 to be secondhand if I can find what I am looking for!

What should I add to my closet next? Something I can wear when it gets warmer or something I can enjoy now?
