OK, y’all I’ve been doing Dressember for 4 years now (has it really been that long?) and even though I’m choosing to wear a dress daily, I can’t contribute financially to my own campaign this year. (yeah moving, and holidays and moving)
I don’t write nearly enough personal or reflective posts anymore. Blogging over the last few years has turned into a bit of an advertising space for brands and products.

Last year for Christmas my sister bought me Grace not Perfection from Emily Ley, designer & creator of The Simplified Planner. I absolutely loved Grace not Perfection and may have read it in like 3 days, I also bought myself a Simplified Planner for my birthday this year and it’s my favorite.
Well, we’ve been in our little apartment for over a week now. It’s coming together, slowly, but it is coming together. Travis is happy with his position at the hospital, and I’m slowly leaning into a life of independent contractor, homemaker, and part time Hallmark employee (who knew I could wear so many hats)!
It’s December 1, and do you know what that means? It’s Dressember!
