Concerts {avett brothers + the neighbourhood}

Well we originally only planned to go see the neighbourhood at the black sheep this week. But on Saturday we won tickets from our local radio station to see the avett brothers at red rocks that night. I love red rocks amiptheatre, not a bad seat in the house. Beautiful view and the experience is amazing. Although I am not a HUGE Avett Brothers fan, I do enjoy their music, and they were amazing in concert. Some bands are that way, more amazing to see than to simply listen to. There was a passion in their performance and a love in their voice. Old Crow Medicine Show performed before the Avett Brothers and were quiet entertaining themselves.

IMG_0702This is an amazing beginning to my birthday week! And the 4th concert we have been to this year alone, all in the past 3 months mind you!

IMG_0708Again, this place is amazing. And the number 1 outdoor concert venue in the country!

Then on Monday night we saw The Neighbourhood at the Black Sheep! Mr had to work so I got there early and got a spot on the wall, I also go  to sit for a majority of the concert. Which is nice because my feet were killing me when we saw Anberlin. I did think my rib cage was going to vibrate right out of my chest for the opening acts. IMG_0741We had a great time, while we enjoyed the concert. I didn’t think the sound was great, or as good as the last 2 concerts we saw there; the unlikely candidates and anberlin.
